HomeOwners Federation isn’t just about complaining—we take action! Here’s how we’re fighting to protect homeowners and neighborhoods:
1.Demand Accountability from City Officials
- Pressure local leaders to enforce property codes and clean up our streets.
- Public petitions and legal action against city neglect.
2.Remove Crime & Blight from Neighborhoods
- Work with law enforcement to shut down drug houses and illegal activity.
- Organize community patrols to monitor and report criminal hotspots.
3.Stop AI-Driven Corporate Takeovers
- Expose and fight against hedge funds and tech firms that manipulate home prices.
Push for new laws that limit mass real estate buyouts. 
4.Clean Up & Rebuild Communities
Organize neighborhood clean-up events
- Pressure cities to remove junk vehicles and abandoned homes.
- Hold investors accountable for maintaining and renovating purchased homes.
5.Protect Homeowners from Unfair Taxes
- Fight back against rising property taxes driven by AI-inflated markets.
- Demand financial relief for local homeowners affected by city neglect.
